1. What Refuel is

Refuel is an online platform. It lets you order meals from independent partner kitchens, shows the protein and calories each kitchen declares for its dishes, applies discounts through partner gyms, and offers an automated diet and workout planner. The partner kitchen prepares your food and is responsible for its preparation, hygiene and the accuracy of what it declares about it. Each kitchen's name and FSSAI licence number are shown with its dishes and on your receipt.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Give accurate details, especially your delivery address and PIN code and your check-in answers.
• One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from the app or on our account deletion page.

3. Orders

• Prices are shown in rupees and include GST. The delivery fee is ₹30, and delivery is free on orders of ₹400 or more after any discount.
• An order is a request to the kitchen. It is confirmed when the kitchen accepts it. If the kitchen hasn't accepted it within 20 minutes, it is cancelled automatically and anything you paid is refunded.
• A kitchen may reject an order (for example if a dish runs out). You are then refunded in full.
• Each order comes from one kitchen and is delivered only within the PIN codes that kitchen serves.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Payments

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking) or, where offered, pay the rider on delivery. We never see your card or UPI details. Premium costs ₹99 for 30 days, is paid in advance and does not renew by itself.

5. Nutrition information and AI plans

Protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie figures come from each kitchen's recipes and are estimates; portions vary. Diet and workout plans are produced by automated rules from your check-in answers. They are general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or training if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Our safety rules pause plans for conditions they can't plan around; you must answer the check-in honestly for them to work.

6. Gym codes and discounts

A partner gym's code gives you the discount shown in the app on every order. Discounts, fees and prices can change; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We may withdraw a discount that is being abused.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no fake orders, using someone else's number or email, attacking or scraping the app, or harassing kitchens, riders or our staff. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Our responsibility

We work to keep Refuel running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that can't be excluded.

9. Complaints

Raise any problem from the app's Support screen or through our contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Our grievance officer is [Grievance officer].

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City for disputes] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and tell you in the app before a significant change applies.
