What gets deleted
Straight away: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, check-ins, diet and workout plans, progress, support messages and alert settings. Any trial or Premium time stops. Copies in our database backups expire within 30 days.
What we have to keep
Records of past orders, payments and receipts, without your name, contact details or address, for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can sign up again later with the same number or email as a new member.
